About us

In the heart of Bochnia (Lesser Poland Voivodeship), in the comfort of our home, there are several pairs of dog hearts, which are the meaning of my life.

My Toller kennel (Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever; Nova Scotia Retriever) is not just a job – it is above all a passion, a story of great love, devotion and the common rhythm of the day, in which every wagging tail is the most beautiful thank you.

I believe that a dog is happy when he feels understood and needed. That’s why I passionately take care of their needs every day: from joint expeditions, through intellectual challenges, to a full bowl of healthy food. My dogs are my closest friends and family members; They live next to us, sharing every smile and every free moment with us. This closeness makes them grow up with a sense of absolute security, becoming confident, joyful companions, ready to share this love further.

Our Story: A Heart in Red

A dog is the only creature on earth that loves you more than it loves itself

These words of George Vest have been my signpost for years. In a world that is fast-paced and often self-interested, it is dogs who teach us what unconditional fidelity, tenderness and presence are – the kind “forever”, no matter what.

How did it start?

Animals have always accompanied me, but the real breakthrough came when, as a 10-year-old, I hugged my first “dot” – the Dalmatian Gessy. It was she who opened the door to the world of canine passion, which I nurtured for years alongside the dignified Argentine lady Diana, the pinscher Agra and the pointer Lora. Each of these dogs left a mark in my heart and taught me something different.

However, it was the search for the perfect dog – intelligent, hardworking and dedicated – that led me to the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever breed.

Zoja and Kia – dreams come true

In 2016, Zoja (Aquilla Aurum Alexandria) appeared in my life. My redhead perfection. It was with her that I discovered that the bond between a human and a dog can go deeper than I thought. Joint trainings, first exhibitions and thousands of hours spent understanding each other without words – one look is enough for Zoya to know what I expect from her. She is my partner at work and my most faithful friend.

Soon after, we were joined by Kia (Clara Kaden Lucky Duckling) – our “redhead laughing” from the Czech Republic, who lights up every day with her optimism. It was these two exceptional that became the foundation of something I dreamed of.

Canadian Soul FCI – kennel with soul

This is how Canadian Soul was born. It’s not just “farming” – it’s our home and our way of life. As beginner breeders, we had to go a long way, but we knew one thing from the beginning: health, character and socialization are very important to us.

We study pedigrees, take care of all the research and carefully select partners for our, but most of all – we love. Our herd, which currently consists of five tollers and a lagoon, are full members of the family – they share every moment of our everyday life.

Why do we do this?

Because we believe that dogs love us “in spite of everything”. They don’t look at their wallet, appearance, or success. They just want respect and love, which they give away more than enough. At Canadian Soul FCI, we don’t “produce” puppies – we bring new family members into the world, making sure they feel safe and loved from the first moments of life. Dreams come true, and ours now have four paws and wagging tails. We invite you to our world, where red passion meets a big heart.

Tollers are hunting dogs from the VIII FCI group, focused on working with humans. I take care of their development, honing their talents and proper training. I want their passion to be focused on the right goal and I try to match the tasks in proportion to their skills and body type.

The CANADIAN SOUL (FCI) kennel is registered with the Kennel Club in Poland (ZKwP), which belongs to the FCI.

We are also on the Doginoga platform, where you will find only responsible breeders of purebred dogs. Doginoga cooperates only with breeders associated in FCI/ZKwP, who successfully pass the process of physical verification of breeding.

And the icing on the cake – as one of the few kennels in Europe, I am honored to be a member of the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Canada (NSDTRCC), the official club of the breed in its homeland.

Why is membership in the NSDTR Club of Canada crucial?

Bycie częścią kanadyjskiego klubu to dla mnie wyraz najwyższego uznania, ale i odpowiedzialności. Wiąże się to z Being part of a Canadian club is an expression of the highest recognition for me, but also of responsibility. This involves strict adherence to the Code of Ethics, which puts the welfare of dogs and the preservation of the unique characteristics of the Toller above all else.

Our philosophy

Being a member of the NSDTRCC motivates me to constantly raise the bar. I believe that only through transparency and strict adherence to Canadian models, we can offer dogs that will not only be beautiful representatives of the breed, but above all healthy and happy companions for life.

We invite you to get to know our dogs and follow the breeding plans based on the foundations developed in Canada – where the history of the Toller was born.

Continuous development and shared passions

I want to constantly develop – that’s why I participate in courses and test my knowledge during trainings, seminars, competitions and exhibitions. It is important to me that the dog has support in its handler. I learn and draw conclusions from the challenges I take, because I believe that my work makes me not only a better breeder, trainer and guide, but above all an attentive and responsible caregiver.

CANADIAN SOUL is:

  • Individuality above all: I do not recognize mass breeding. Each toddler is unique to me – I take the time to get to know their character, predispositions and unique needs. I match the puppy to your lifestyle, carefully analyzing the potential of each toddler.
  • Shared path after purchase: My role does not end on the day of picking up the puppy. I guarantee substantive support in the field of behaviour and nutrition at every stage of the dog’s development.
  • Solid foundations: My puppies leave the kennel with a “backpack” full of good experiences. They are socialized, healthy and ready to conquer the training world.
In a nutshell: What makes the Canadian SOUL different?

Personal bond: I know every puppy inside out – I match a dog to a human, not the other way around.
24/7 support: I don’t leave you alone – I offer training and nutrition advice throughout your pet’s life.
Start into adulthood: I pass on dogs that are healthy, brave and well prepared for the challenges that humans put before them.

Don’t just look for a dog – find a new member of the Canadian Soul family.
